Ham with brandy (or Madeira)

2-3 not too thin slices of ham per person
1/2 liter of light cooking cream
3/4 can of tomato paste for 4 people
1+ tsp cornstarch
2+ tsp hot curry (more if using mild) <= this is the secret
salt and pepper
1.5 dl madeira (or cognac) to taste


Oven 220C (425F)

Mix together and pour over slices of ham rolled in a gratin dish

cook 20 to 30 minutes
