Recipe:  Chicken shawarma sandwiches

Comment: Recipe by the famous chef Yotam Ottolenghi. It is perfect as it is. My only comment, is to be careful with the salt in the cucumber salsa, maybe add it at the last minute only as it drains the water out of the cucumber. Moreover, be careful adding water in the tahini sauce and in the zhoug.
