Tentsuyu - Tempura dipping sauce

This is for 4 persons.

- 1 cup dashi soup stock (1 cup water w real 1/2 teaspoon dashi powder) (1 teaspoon = 5 ml)
- 50 ml mirin      
- 60 ml soy sauce  (low sodium)
- Fresh grated ginger
- Sake (opt)

Preparation:
------------
heat up water with dashi, remove from heat, add mirin, soy, try a bit sake.

Add some fresh grated ginger after taking if off the heat.

(may need some improvement)
