Chervil soup

Comment: preferably use fresh or frozen chervil.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 onion, roughly chopped
1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced
2 or 3 small potatoes (~200 g)
80 g fresh chervil
1 chicken cube + 1 l of water or 1 l of chicken stock
1 dl cream
S + P

Wash the chervil carefully. Drain it and chop it roughly.
Peel, wash and slice the onions and garlic
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil.
Sweat the onions and then the garlic.
Add the potatoes, stir and after a few minutes, the chervil.
Then pour in the water, add the stock cube and bring to the boil. Let simmer for 20 minutes covered or until the potatoes are cooked.
Add the cream, bring to a quick boil.
Mix with a hand blender.

Check the salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with toast for example.
