Lambchops on the BBQ

Ingredients:

rack of lamb
good dijon mustard


preparation:
------------

Cut the rack into individual chops of about the same thickness
Smother each chop with a generous amount of dijon mustard

Grill on medium high BBQ a few mn until medium rare.

Lamb chops should be eaten medium rare. Should you want your meat
cooked more, than medium, you don't like meat, become vegetarian.
