Lambchops on the BBQ

Ingredients:

rack of lamb
good dijon mustard
preparation:
------------
Cut the rack into individual chops of about the same thickness.
Smother each chop with a generous amount of dijon mustard.
Grill on medium high BBQ 2 to 4 mn each side.
Lamb chops should be eaten pink at the center. Should you want your meat cooked more, than medium, you don't like meat, become vegetarian.
