Count 80 to 100 g per person, or here 320 to 400 g.

To do in advance:

Wash and cut the beans' ends
Depending on their size, blanch them for 5 to 7 minutes in boiling salted water.
Count the time as soon as the water starts boiling again.
Pass them immediately under cold water to stop cooking.
Take them out of the water and keep them dry in a cloth for example.


To do before serving:
---------------------

Melt a little butter (40 g) in a frypan.
sweat 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped for a few minutes.
Add the beans with a pinch of salt and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, covered, stirring regularly.


Another possibility:
--------------------

Make small bundles of 8 to 10 beans and roll them tightly in one (or two) thin slices of bacon.
Tie the bacon with a toothpick.
Melt a little butter or use EVOO to cook the bundles covered (7 to 10 mins) rolling them from time to time to brown them on all sides.
