Count 100 g per person, or here 400 g.

To do in advance:

Wash and cut the beans' ends
Depending on their size, blanch them for 3 to 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
Count the time as soon as the water starts boiling again.
Pass them immediately under cold water to stop cooking.
Take them out of the water and keep them dry in a cloth for example.


To do before serving:
---------------------

Melt a little butter (40 g) in a frypan.
sweat 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped for a few minutes.
Add the beans and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, covered, stirring regularly.

Salt and serve.
