Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto

2 to 4 nice and thick asparagus stalks per person
just as many thin slices of prosciutto (or halved lengthwise if large enough)


Cut off the bottom part of the asparagus to stalks of about 15 to 18 cm (6 to 7").
Wrap each asparagus stalk in its slice of prosciutto in a spiral way, leaving the tip exposed.

Place on medium BBQ for 4 to 6 mn turning several times to grill on all sides.
